Two contractors bidding the same set of plans rarely land on the same number, because the number lives in the location as much as the drawings. Estval is built around that.
Why we built it
Estimating is still mostly spreadsheets, gut feel, and late nights the week a bid is due. The software that promises to fix it is heavy: months of setup, a five-figure contract, and a training curve only the biggest shops can absorb. Small and mid-size builders get left doing it by hand.
So we don't sell you software. Send us the plan set and our estimators do the slow part: the quantity takeoff, the pricing for your market, and a line-by-line check before anything reaches you. You get back a bid-ready estimate, organized by CSI division, typically for about half what the same takeoff costs you in-house.

Who we are
Estval is a small, independent team based in Missouri. We're builders and engineers who got tired of watching good contractors lose bids to bad math. We'd rather earn a place on your bid list one estimate at a time than sell you a platform you have to grow into.
