Help contractors win more bids
Estval estimates jobs for contractors, builders and developers. They send us plans, our team prices the work. We're looking for two kinds of people: estimators who do the pricing, and salespeople who bring in the work.
What it's like here
We're a small team, so the work is the job: plan sets come in, priced estimates go out, and the person who checked the numbers puts their name on them. You'll talk directly with the contractors you estimate for. If a number is wrong we say so and fix it; nobody here manages a dashboard about it.

Estimator
Remote · Contract or part-time · Rolling applications
You review construction plans and verify the estimates we produce: checking quantities against the drawings, sanity-checking pricing, and sending the customer a clean, bid-ready proposal. Every estimate gets a real estimator's eyes before it goes out.
You're probably a fit if
- You've done construction takeoffs or estimating, whether GC-side, sub-side, or for an estimating service.
- You can read a plan set and spot when a quantity or scope looks off.
- You're detail-oriented and comfortable owning the number that goes to the customer.
Salesperson
Remote · Commission-only · Rolling applications
You bring contractors and builders to Estval and earn a share of the revenue from every customer you land, recurring for as long as they keep sending us work. Rates and terms are confirmed in a short written agreement before you start.
You're probably a fit if
- You've sold before: software, construction, services, anything with a real close.
- You already know contractors, or you're comfortable getting in front of them.
- You're self-directed and fine being paid on results.
